# View a file

You can view a file uploaded to EUENO based on its state of encryption: **Encrypted** or **Unencrypted.**

#### Encrypted file

If you click on the encrypted file, you will have to sign a transaction. This is for decrypting the file base on your account.

Please approve this transaction for viewing and downloading the file.

#### Unencrypted file

For unencrypted files, we just click on the file for viewing and downloading the file.
